Meet the owner

Despite its name, which evokes the treasures of Tsarist Russia, the Fabergé restaurant remains pleasant in its simplicity. The hospitality is friendly, the menu delicious and unpretentious. This is the perfect spot in the Mile End for a long, leisurely morning.

Devin, the owner, lives in the neighborhood and loves it: "This is such a rich place. Especially in terms of culture, music, arts, food, it's amazing... what more could you ask for?" he says. "Finding your place in the restaurant business is a long process. It took some time before we could talk about success. We have developed a strong team that believed in our philosophy and this is when we really started to be able to talk about success."
