Since 1990, Manon Lozeau-Simard has worked at Lozeau, a store that specializes in the sale of photo and video equipment. "It was my grandfather who started the company in 1927. I'm the third generation," says Manon, who is the company vice president and is to take over from her brother Stéphane. "We never questioned working here, it was obvious. The company was part of us." Lozeau will celebrate is 90th anniversary in 2017.
The Lozeau family are long-time Montrealers. It was Manon's grandfather, a photographer, who had the idea to turn his photography service into equipment sales. Her parents, Lise Lozeau and Jean Simard, also got the bug. "What I love about the field of photography is working alongside passionate people," says Manon.
A specialist in all things photography and framing, Lozeau in the Saint-Hubert Plaza is offering you a 25% discount on frames and photo albums when you visit its vast store on November 28. That’s enough to make you want to plan a trip to put all your purchases to good use!
