Le Pier 66 is the first restaurant co-owned by Pierre Jean and Jessie Lassonde. The two friends met in a business context but they wanted to open a joint project as partners.
Pierre has always had a foot in the restaurant business, one of his greatest passions. While playing bass in a band in the '90s, he also waited tables. With time and experience, he came to establish himself on the Montreal landscape as an owner.
Today, Pierre essentially oversees operations at Pier 66, including those of the sommelier, while Jessie mainly takes care of the administrative side of things. "Jessie and I merged our expertise to create a unique place with a relaxed atmosphere," says Pierre proudly.
