    Lundi 12 septembre 2022, 11h10, j'appelle pour savoir si ma commande est prête, un homme me met en attente et m'oublie pendant 10 minutes et puis ça me raccroche au nez. Je rappelle te je lui dit qu'il m'a raccroché. Il me répond : Madame on est occupé. Je lui réponds mais vous avez raccroché. Il me réponds c'est impossible madame (il m'obstine sur un fait). Le service à la clientèle ça inclut le respect et la politesse et de pas niaiser vos clients. Si t'es pas fait pour ça, change de job!

    Worst service ever!!!! The man behind the counterwas very rude and refused to sell a part for my door that was cheaper because he said it is not for my type of door. He has no idea what door i have.
