    Two months to fix a tv,, and the customer service is terrible

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not call back, even my e-mails left unanswered. They charge up front a deposit for a diagnostic and even after providing an estimate and taking up the job, more than one and a half month later I was told that they were unable to repair the unit, and I lost my deposit of 40$ plus tax. They would charge for a single diode 2.50$ which is approximately 15 cents. A resistor would cost 3$!!! Very bad service for a business and a total rip of
