Cest toujours 30 min avant que la secretaire reponde au telephone! Ridicule! Les infirmieres appellent des noms sans bien prononcer. Personne ne comprends son nom. Meme apres plusieurs avertissements de parler moins vite elles s’en foutent! Les medecins sont gentils. C’est plate que le staff qui les entourent soient aussi incompetents.

I wish I had never gone to this clinic for my pregnancy. Everytime I have an appointment there's issues. When you try to call them their lines are always busy or it takes a minimum of 20 mins just to get through to someone. If you don't notify them that you can't make it for an appointment 48 hrs prior to your appointment you will be charged 20$ and they only accept cash. There's alot of back and forth appointments between them and ste Justine which is a big inconvenience.
