    Not so pleased with youmano Mustang technologies,

    Service his a 20% I called because my modem was not working i told them it was for a technical problem and then put me on hold for 20 minutes then the ligne cut off. Called again waited 20 minutes then call start to ring and ring and ring then got cutt off again. Called three times When the guy pickup the phone he answered hello...... no compagny name are nothing i tiold him my modem was dead he ask me if i add another modem home to try i said no he told me it would have to send someone it would cost 100$ or send a test modem for 15$ i told him the modem was dead never wanted to listen to me . i tld him i did all the testing and it could only be the modem. i then told me i had a bell modem that they sold me he told me its impossible when never sold does .... so he told me that i would have to buy another modem i toild him if its possible to have a discount it was impossible i ask him to try to get a month off are somtehing he said he would call me back in one hour and never did. he told me before i ungned up that i could buy my home dsl modem and that they would help me configure it so since he never called me back i purchased my owne modem and when i called back to configure it support told me that they dont configure other modems then theres so .............. thas all i have to say

    Je viens de changer de fournisseur internet. Enfin, j'ai eu de l'assistance rapidement et de qualité. Mon service va à la vitesse qu'ils m'ont vendu et il n'a pas eu d'interruption depuis que je suis connecté.
