The ultimate dream for chocolate lovers, this traditional double layer chocolate cake is from a recipe found in one of Érico's grandmother's old recipe books. Made with Dutch cocoa this moist chocolate cake is covered with a genours layer of our rich and creamy chocolate frosting!
Ideal as a birthday cake, the Classic Chocolate Cake is available for takeout in two sizes: 8 inches (10 -15 servings) and 9 inches (12 to 18 servings). A 24 hour reservation is required.

Fresh from the oven every morning, our flavourful chocolate cookies are always soft and tender. Bursting with chocolate chunks, they are available in a variety of more than 15 enticing flavours offered alternately. They are sold by the cookie or in boxes of 8 or 14 cookies.

Chocolate lovers can indulge themselves with our extremely decadant, extra bitter chocolate chunk Brownies, our classic walnut and bittersweet chocolate Brownies topped with a bittersweet ganache or our mouthwatering Three Chocolates Blondies. They are sold individually or in boxes of 4 or 8 pieces.
Chocolate Cupcakes
Made with the same dough as our Classic Chocolate Cake, these enticing Cupcakes are filled with Fleur de sel caramel, raspberry purée or chocolate fondant. They are then covered with a rosette of ganache made with milk, white or extra bitter chocolate.
Extra bitter "Moelleux"
With its molten chocolate center, this single-servig, Mi-Cuit chocolate cake is impossible to resist. Made with extra bitter Belgium chocolate (72% cocoa), it will melt the heart of any chocoholic at first bite!
Preparation: Preheated oven to 350 F and bake for 18 minutes if frozen, or 14 minutes if refrigerated and serve immediately.

The Houpette
Our latest creation!
Inspired by Quebec's well-known Whippet cookies, our Houpettes are made with homemade marshmallow on a delicate butter shortbread cookie, which is topped with chocolate ganache, fruit purée or Fleur de Sel caramel.
Six Houpettes are currently available: Fleur de Sel Caramel, Mexican Vanilla, Peppermint, Raspberry and Cranberry, Orange Blossom and Hibiscus flower
All our hot chocolates are heated and frothed with hot steam. They are then served in either cups or bowls to be enjoyed on-site or in paper cups to be sipped while strolling the friendly Faubourg Saint-Jean!
Ti-Mousse
A smaller version of the Bambini (made with milk chocolate), this drink is served with mini marshmallows.
Espresso
Served in a small espresso cup, this rich, luscious blend is made by mixing 35% cream with Ecuador (71% cocoa) and Tanzania (75% cocoa) chocolate. A delectably full-bodied hot chocolate!
Européen
A velvety blend of two rich cocoa powders (22% cocoa butter) and bitter-sweet chocolate (58% cocoa), this recipe is enhanced with a touch of vanilla and cinnamon in the style of traditional 19th Century European hot chocolates.
Bambini
A comforting hot chocolate made with milk chocolate. The mild and smooth flavour of this drink will appeal to kids of all ages!

If you are looking for a rich and tasty hot chocolate, the Érico is for you. We make it with bitter Ecuador chocolate (71% cocoa).
Italien
In Italy, the hot chocolate served in gelaterias is like a hot pudding. Unfortunately, it is often made with commercial powder dissolved in milk. Our "Italian" mixture is made with two different rich cocoa powders and extra bitter Uganda chocolate (80% cocoa). It will take you on a flavour-full trip!
Soyeux
This satisfying hot chocolate is made with soy milk, rich cocoa powder and extra-bitter Ecuador chocolate (71% cocoa). It is the perfect hot chocolate for anyone with intolerance to dairy products.
Décadent
The ultimate adventure for chocoholics! This thick hot chocolate is prepared with a blend of three different dark chocolates: Bitter-Sweet (58% cocoa), Ecuador (71% cocoa) and Tanzania (75% cocoa) and two rich cocoa powders. Leur chocolat chaud est sublime, tout simplement. On peut y retrouver des produits sans sucre, tout comme les classiques poules et lapins en chocolat pour Pâques. Incroyable. Bravo Erico!
