    basically the staff are untrained youngsters that jump from customer to customer without finishing serving the first one fully. You reserve a specific car but get something different. Hello isn’t that the point on reserving?! They tell you if you bring the car back a few days earlier you will get a sum of your money back and that the store manager will contact you to discuss further but she never calls! No compensation! Never going back to discount! They are sending customers to competition!
