Vincenzo Triassi, a man like most Italian immigrants, came to Canada with a dream to make something for himself, but mostly for his family. The dream was realized in 1954, they started by sharpening knifes and other cutlery for local restaurants and bakers in the Montreal area. Nowadays, the son, Jimmy has taken over. With a 60 year reputation to maintain and build on, we are proud to say, we serve handle all your needs with the outmost professionalism and care.
