i think the service changed a lot and all i hear is bad reviews they made a big mistake on my oil change put the wrong filter fast service leads to big mistakes stick to the dealers, this way something happens the dealer is responsible

They are ALWAYS trying to upsell you on everything

In the last couple of years, it seems that a lot of customers are not going back (no more lineups... bad sign). It used to be a lot busier before. Probably because most of the staff is new and don't look or seem as knowledgeable. The staff is always pressuring you into buying more and more services. It's almost impossible to get only an oil change even though it a 10 Minute Oil change center.
