Je me suis déplacé avec mon chat pour un rendez-vous que j’avais confirmé le matin même, pour me faire dire la-bas que je dois attendre 1h avec mon chat dans la cage parce qu’il sont en train de faire tondre un chien … je suis finalement parti, zéro fiabilité et professionnalisme

Worst service ever !! There are way better groomers out there but this one .... the worst even on google maps a lot of clients are getting the same issues. Owner lets employees disrespect clients and supports their unprofessional attitude

Great Groomer!

I took my Maltese dog Finnegan for a puppy cut on March 3rd. He arrived at 9 and was done by 11am. When I arrived to pick him up he was quiet and happy. He smelled wonderful and he had received a full nail trim (included in the cost). He was perfectly cut and he was not cut anywhere. The nail trimming was perfect too, no cuts on his little paws. We have been to a lot of horrible groomers over the years. We're moving to Montreal North this summer, but we will make the trip back to Coquette Et Fineguele!!
