Unbelievably helpful and courteous. I know no better in the world for excellent, professional, and timely advice. Superb service for phoned-in medication repeats. Courteous and obliging staff. Fluency in both languages. Well done. An example to many in the service and professional industries.

This pharmacy is horrible, too bad it is the only option in town. I have received the wrong dose on medication not critical but it was not what the doctor sent over, they had changed the dosage. Most of the staff behind the counter are rude, they tell you a time when your prescription is ready, you show up and they cannot find it and you have to wait for half an hour, with no apologies except a scolding telling you to call 24 hours in advance next time. Too bad it is the only place in town

My experience at Brunet has been terrific. Knowledgeable, helpful staff, both on the floor and in the pharmacy. It IS a busy store, so yes, sometimes there is a wait of a few minutes, but it is certainly no better at any store I have been to in Ottawa and, as Andrew1955 said, there are a lot of people from Hull sector that come up to Wakefield because it is so much better than where they live.

Our family doctor is in Wakefield and we don’t go there anymore. The service is horrible and takes forever to get you prescription. I don’t recommend this place to any family

Pharmacy staff doing a good job

Disagree with FredK. The prices are a little higher than in the city, but that's the reality of living in the country. I don't want to have to drive into town for my prescriptions. The floor staff is just fine. This is a busy store at times. maybe FredK showed up at one of those times and was already in a bad mood because of the 5-hour average 'wait-time' at the local hospital. Sorry Mr, but our hospital is also overly busy with city people.

    Pharmaceutical St...

Pharmaceutical Staff excellent but hampered by slow ineffective staff on the floor. Paying can be an inconvenience as all too often the check-out is unstaffed. Shelf items are more expensive than most Pharmacies. It may party due to the fact they can not compete with the large chains. The "shop" certainly lacks a diverse range of items consequently choice is limited. Being a "rural" "shop" often (the only one in town) means the customer is often faced with a take-it or leave-it decision.
