I have delt with the folks at Kal Tire since before this location became a Kal tire. My initially contact was while working for a roofing company so we were there often having picked up a roofing nail on our tires. I have likely had over 100 contacts for all diferent levels of service. And have seen a few employees come and go but never has the character been anything short of professional. Additionally i have frequented Kal Tire locations around the province for many tire services.
If I could give them a 0 I would 1st thing when going back to pick up the car from getting 4 new tires and a 4 wheel alignment we seen it flying down the road 2nd when we got it back I drive down the street wheel isn't center when you do you'll drive it right into the ditch pulls to the left. 3rd there is 2 dents in the quarter panel from there out of date equipment. .. DON'T GO THERE

Waste of time
Don't bother. Aggressive staff. Told to come down for a tire repair and it would be done right away. When I got there 10 mins later, was told it would be a very long wait. Go to a professional business that believes in customer service, unless you like your time wasted in which case Kal Tire maybe the place for you.
They really understand customer service here. No nonsense approach and just putting the customer first. My wife went to get a flat tire fixed and they didn't even charge her because they said their business is selling tires. What that means is that when we need tires, guess where we ate going to go first.
