I online ordered an FTD bouquet for my friend who is sick in the hospital. The arrangement arrived and I was embarrassed and angry. I immediately called the owner & complained. She said that she would replace the bouquet in 2 days when her flower shipment arrived. New bouquet arrived today. You think that the owner might have gone the extra mile and delivered the proper $60.00 arrangement. Well, she didn't !! I want my money back !!
