Can have serious issues if you cancel!

Location is great: near downtown and a few restaurants in the area are excellent. Next to Wascana park. Nice residential area. However, be sure to research all details about this facility. Not many reviews available, and no reviews on main websites. We had reservations for 4 international visitors and when they arrived, not all rooms were ready. The place did not measure to description included on the web site: "this house is the epitome of innovation, creativity and the latest trends". It is an older home, and interior is not up to description. Reservations required full payment ahead, and there was no possibility to make any cancellation. We found alternate accommodations for our guests. The manager insisted that there is no cancellation policy and that is exactly what they mean: absolutely no cancellation and no refund. Over $3,000 (10 day rental) was lost on that reservation. Be sure to check all aspects of your agreement with this operator. Not a member of local chamber of commerce or better business bureau to assist with settlement.
