Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, I had prompt responses via both phone and email, and the shop was open both times I visited. Fantastic service and the prices are quite affordable.

I agree with the first review, this was the first time I've gone to Professional Blinds and I called and called, then i drive over there and no one around even though it was within business hours, saw a sign saying back at 10am but it was 11am at this point, went home called a few more times with no answer, then I thought I'd look at reviews online and yep same as my experience. All I can say to these morons is you snooze you lose, I'll take my business else where thanks.

They never return phone calls, need 10 rings to even get there answering machine. Tried to drop in at the shop and no one is ever around.
