T & T Nails Spa

My husband and I enjoyed pedicures this afternoon. The service was very good. I arrived early but they had reserved seating for us staff was very friendly and efficient. I was greeted by name and thanked by name Enjoyed the massage and hot towel treatment. This was the best pedicure I have had in sometime. I will definitely be going back Thank you T & T

They were great when they first opened. Now its really gone down hill. Pedi is a waste of time.

Called @1:30 for 5pm appmnt. Arrived 4:57,serviced @5:22pm. Left @741pm. 1 employee scrubbed my feet while another drilled so hard n burnt my nail bed.She said "I know it's ok". The owners wife walks in and comments that it's better to have ligher skin then darker skin because it's the new trend. "People dont want to be darker tanned skin, they want be lighter it better." NEVER been so disgusted!Didn't listen to my requests, tried to keep up selling every 5 min $102:Broken nail & rough feet.

I had a gel color change. All but 2 nails chipped the very next day. This isn't the first time I've had my nails done, this was by far the worst experience. I went back to get them fixed and it was made out to be my fault. After much debate they Fixed them, and it looked great, but not worth the headache. 4 days later, 1 nail is chipped. Oh well.

There is not a negative low enough for this business quality of nail perfection all ugly no nails same shape and the staff does not listen to what I wanted for nail length just did what they wanted. Misquoted price and kept filing all my nails away with a self painted unprofessional nail look. I was laughed at when I told people the price paid for performance done. They thought my kid did it it's that bad but when asked to fix said can't do. No customer services at all they don't care.

I was very hesirant to try this place but the liquid gel nails that I got are beautiful. They are smooth and not too thick and shaped beautifully. Language is a but oF a struggle but that's to be expected. Very kind staff.
