Poor customer service

I called this company for an estimate, he came over and took the measurements and said he would get back to me. He didn't leave a business card or any product books etc. He called me back and gave me a verbal estimate over the phone which I called him back to ask for a hard copy. He did not like the fact that I had 5 other companies doing estimates and said it would be in the mail and hung up. I just rec'd a call today (3 weeks later) asking if I made a decision, I told him we had and that I had never rec'd the estimate....he claimed it was hand delivered and when I asked who he gave it to he hung up on me. I find him very unprofessional and I am not happy being treated this way twice by him. I would not consider giving this company my business again especially when they should be trying to get my business not constantly hanging up on me and calling me a liar regarding the estimate we did not recieve.
