Poor Customer Service
I have recently decided to purchase a car from AudiSaskatoon. They were all over me through emails and phone calls until I decided to summit in my personal information to finance the car I wanted. From that moment on, I didn't receive any email saying that if they have received my info, or if I was approved or not, or they found a better deal with another customer? I simply don't know, left in the dark. They just went dead silent and off the radar. I almost sold my own car to put down as a down payment. I am glad that I didn't. This is the kind of customer service they provide. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. They are nothing special anyway. Do a market research and you will find same car probably cheaper in another dealer.
