Le rapport qualité prix est nul. Je me suis faite faire une manicure shellac dans ce salon il ya 5 jours. ce service ma couté 70$. Pas de lavage des mains avant le vernis, pas de nettoyage des cuticules, le vernis ne couvre pas mes ongles totalement. Le pire est que 5 jours après je n ai plus de vernis que sur la moitié de mes doigts. D habitude je garde le shellac pour 3 à 4 semaines. C est horrible. Même le simple vernis que je fais moi-même à domicile ne quitterait pas à ce point en 5 jours.

Bride to be went into salon to get her nails done after driving 2.5 hours to receive her service. The nail tech was very kind, but unfortunately, did an extremely poor job in applying shellac. It was over her fingers and cuticles. Bride had to go back to her wedding destination to prepare, and receptionist could not get her back in until later that day. After third or fourth conversation with the receptionist, a $20 refund supposed to be given. That refund has still not been sent. AWFUL!

I enjoy the welcome in this Salon. The ladies are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about👍! The only downside is that all their lotions can be fairly expensive. However, they DO WORK !!!

Went into sunsera salon for temporary colour, no cut, no style, which I found out after was $104. I thought was over priced. Anyways after paying I had my back turned to my hair stylist and staff several times. When I got home I saw that there was a big hair dye blotch on the back of my shirt. I felt that it was so sleezy that no one had the respect to tell me that I was leaving the salon with hair colour all over my back. Bad uncomfortable experience for me.

Very fun staff. Great location. Lots of parking. Senior stylists and estheticians. Never too busy for new clients. Old owner owns it again.

I asked for my hair to be a medium natural brown ended up with a very dark chocolate brown and even when i say i didn't like it they still made me pay 160

Awful customer service. didn't do full massages in manicure or pedicure, and had to lost to a 25 year old girl whine about how the guy she likes won't be a good boyfriend. Never going back and am telling all my friends and family about my experience. Hire some professional people.

Rude and lazy peo...

Rude and lazy people. I have been tanning here for a long time and always use indoor only lotion. I go in after last week and was asked what lotion I use. I showed her it was an indoor lotion made for tanning. She says that it was difficult to remove from the bed. I guess I am supposed to clean up after myself. Maybe I should work there or get a discount on tanning. What ever happened to customer service?

Beware if waxing. Esthetician double-dips into wax pots. If you aren't aware, using the same stick to wax iver and ocer can spread bacteria and even std's like herpes if doing bikini waxes, etc. Never wax where they double-dip.
