EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! service before purchase was great. ideal sales people! but after purchase this is what happens!!! We purchased the Samsung dryer (model number: DV435ETGJRA/AC)in June of 2013 from sears with extended warranty. We began to have problems with this dryer in January of 2014. It stopped producing any type of heat. We then proceeded to call Samsung as it was still under the 1 year manufacturers warranty; we also called sears to make them aware of the issues we were having. Once speaking to Samsung repeatedly and no service was issued or any type of replacement or repair in the works, we then called sears again to ask their assistance in anyway. Their response was, "we cannot and will not help you until June 2014, after the 1 year warranty has expired.". They would not even make a simple call in to Samsung to ask for their services; Or even attempt to contact repairmen for us to see what could be done to help. we then had more problems with contacting Samsung for repair and service ongoing until late march 2014. when we decided to once again call sears to try to get something going in replacement or repair of the product. Sears once again responded with "we cannot and will not repair or replace this product as it is not our problem". We then asked what they will do to repair or replace the issue in June 2014 when the 1 year is over and our extended warranty through sears begins. They replied with, " We will not repair or replace the dryer as it will be a pre-existing issue that is for Samsung to repair not us". Therefore if you ever have the desire to purchase a product or attempt to deal with the VERY unpleasant employees at the Weyburn, SK location of sears please reconsider your options as there are many better and much more customer related places to purchase from in Weyburn.
