Business listing

The business listing displays the business name, address and phone number as well as advertising content such as thumbnail image versions of print ads and textual advertising.

Information that can be found in a business listing:

• Business Name
  Click on the business name to go to the business profile.
• Phone Number
  Click on the phone number to contact the business. Learn more about the Free Call functionality.
• Website
  Click on the Website link to be redirected to the business’ website.
• Email
  Click on the Email link to launch your email software where the business email address will be displayed in the From field.
• Thumbnail
  Click on the thumbnail image to view a full size version of the advertisement on the business profile.
• Content provided by the business
  Content icons can be found at the bottom of the business listings. When an icon is enabled it means that this content (such as menu, video, photos, etc.) is available on this business profile.
• Eco business
  The eco icon identifies the businesses whose products, services or corporate practice stand out in terms of environmental commitment.
• Reviews
  The rating stars indicate the current rating our users gave a business and how many reviews were posted. Click on the link to read reviews or to be the first to review the business when no reviews are available.

• Get directions
  Click on the Get directions link to see the business location on a map. You will be able to get driving directions or find other businesses nearby.
• Facebook Like
  See how many people liked a business via the Facebook Like button. You can also like a business just by clicking the button (you will need to be connected to your Facebook account).
• Share button
  The share button allows you to save or share the business information to your mobile, address book, social bookmarks, etc. Read more on the save and share function.
• View profile
  Click the view profile link to go to see the complete business profile.

Business profile

Every business listed on YellowPages.ca has its own business profile page, which is a visual summary of the contact information and advertising content of the business.

You can access a business profile from the business listing.

Where to find information on the business profile page:

1. Top of the page: Business name and contact Information
   • Phone Number
     Click on the phone number to contact the business. Learn more about the Free Call function.
   • Website
     Click on the Website link to be redirected to the business' website.
   • Email
     Click on the Email link to send an email to the business. Learn more about our Send an Email function.
   • Save and Share
     Use the Save & Share tools to send the business information to your mobile, post in on your social bookmarks, add it to your address book or print it. Learn more about the Share and Share function.
   • Facebook Like
     See how many people liked a business via the Facebook Like button. You can also like a business just by clicking the button (you will need to be connected to your Facebook account).
2. Under business contact info: Overall Rating and Map
   • A summary of users' ratings and reviews is available under the business contact information. It shows the average of users' ratings and how many reviews were written. Links are also available for you to read all reviews or to write a review. You can also see the business on a map, as well as get directions to or from the business address.
