We ordered delivery late last night, around midnight. Their website said they were open until 2am, didn't think it'd be a problem. Our order was never delivered and we were never contacted about it. I know sometimes Chinese restaurants take longer than your average delivery places, but come on. If you can't get an order out or maybe can't find their address at least call the customer and tell them that!!!
I have been using their take out/delivery service for over 10 years and I have never once had a complaint. I called once not realizing they weren't open yet and when they got in they saw my phone number on their call display and called me back to ask if I'd like to place an order - who else would take that time??!! I love the food - always fresh and steaming hot when it arrives. Always delivered under the time specified and all of the staff are extremely pleasant and friendly and very accomadating.
I like this place because I can order my meal the way i like it. The food is good but I agree that is too quiet sometimes, that s why i order out, but it is good take out food and i will continue to order from here.
Most of the other reviews I find not to be my experience. I've been ordering from and eating in this restaurant for more than 10 years. I've never had any problems or issues of any kind with the food OR the service. They make the BEST Shanghai Noodle I've ever tasted.
Service is always wonderful, and they always make me feel at home.....even with a great greeting at the door when food is delivered. A wonderful family, running a wonderful family restaurant.

Had take out for the entire family and the food was very good. The bill came to over $150.00 and we asked for some chop sticks.
They had them and want to charge us $2.00 each for them.
They lost my business as if I had eaten they would have been free, if you are that cheap you don't need my business.

A & K has great takeout Chinese food. I have never ate in just because I really don't see a lot of people that do and I personally just don't think I would feel comfortable there. The food really is superb and very affordable. We have ate there probably 50x and never had an major problems (no missing dishes/ no price issues/ etc).

We ordered a dinner for six. Took a little long for it to come out. Presentation was good but the food was awful. Only thing that i thought was good is deep fried chicken wings. Everything didn't taste too good.
P.S. Boss have an anger management problem!
