The florist shop botched our son's valentine order and we complained to the owner. To their credit, the boss lady gave us one dozen free roses for the mistake which was extremely nice when we only requested a few roses that were missing from our order. Thank you for doing it right to turn a negative into a positive customer experience. Great job, too bad some others do not learn such values. Mandy is always able to produce the most beautiful arrangements that can be used for days. I've been to other florists, but none of them were as personable as Mandy. You are always in great hands at Plush!! Whether you need just one arrangement for a special occasion, or if you are looking for 30 table top arrangements, this is the place to go. They have a beautiful shop located on the main strip in burnaby.
