Amazing customer service. I had a problem with a pair of boots I had bought from them some time ago. Without a receipt they worked above and beyond to try and get a resolution with the manufacturer. The Inn at Laurel Pointe is spectacular to say the least. The property is located between downtown and james bay right on the waterfront. I have attended many weddings here and you really cannot beat the picturesque scenery from outside the dining hall. Watch the sunset over the mountains from your delux room while enjoying a glass of champagne. This property is definitely in my top 3 for Victoria. Whether you are a local or visiting you will not regret spending an evening here.

I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!
