I've always used going to this place as an excuse for free parking aha, so we decided to stop by! The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. I enjoy people watching. also the server was nice and very friendly! its not gourmet but if you want average food before going out on the town, i'd say its not too bad! Read more

I've gone to this Kelsey's several times now, and each time I've been very pleased with the food and service. The waitresses are always down-to-earth and friendly, the food is prepared very fast, and consistently good. I love the Four Cheese Spinach Dip appetizer, though they've changed the dipping bread to a baked variety that isn't quite as good (though apparently healthier for you). I normally always get the Club Wrap Platter after sharing the Spinach Dip with my girlfriend (the appetizer and platter would be too much for the average person, definitely best to have to someone to share the dip with). I've never been disappointed going here, and if you're looking for a dinner/movie type thing, they have a deal with Cineplex South Keys so you can walk right over after your meal. This Kelsey's is definitely my favorite chain restaurant to visit. The consistency in food/service means I'll keep going back! Read more

When I was told we were going here for dinner I was no amused. Boring bad bar food is all I could think of but biy was I surprised. We visited on a Friday night and were greeted by an extra happy gent who showed us to a nice comfy booth. Our waitress was equally as cheery -- like REALLY cheery. She told us the specials, filled up our cups without asking and was super fast on her feet. The fish and chips were outstanding. The 2 fish portions were huge and not too battery, the fries were just okay. The steak was cooked perfectly. I got the mushroom salad with grilled chicken and was blown away by the taste and size -- salads usually disappoint. VERY happy and probably will return. Read more

I visit Kelseys on a month basis, isometimes it with 4-6 girlfriends for dinner before a movie, or 8+ people for a birthday celebration or lunch with a friend. In the past several years I have only had (1) negative experience, and when I brought that to the franchise owners attention, he went above and beyond what any other place has done when things have gone wrong. This is a very busy establishment and if you go, please expect to wait, don't go especially during the dinner hour is you have to be somehwere in an hour, i's not going to happen. I find the staff friendly, well versed in the menu and always willing to please..it's ALL In how you ask or go about voicing your complaint...try to be tactful and you will receive better results. Remember many of these people that work these jobs are pain minimum wage...sure they get tips..but having been a waitress (20+ years) ago...the public is the most demanding and many believe that they are entitled to more than what they are receiving. Our party of two ordered a 9oz steak and shrimp fajitas. Fajitas were fantastic but steak was quite tough though cooked to order - had much better quality steak, I am thinking..We both found the gravy to be very salty and lumpy, and the steamed veggies tasted odd. My recent visit to this Kelseys was one of the best I have ever had- despite the fact I did not enjoy my meal! I ordered the thai shrimp curry bowl and the sauce and noodles werent what I expected. After eating the shrimp & veg the manager noticed I wasnt satisfied & offered to replace the meal, when I told him I was no longer hungry he comped the entire thing!
