Absolutely excellent clinic, with its emphasis on offering the best available veterinarian services. Owner and feline veterinarian extraordinaire Dr.Liz O’Brien sets the bar high for the staff and their care (and caring) cannot be faulted. I have been taking my cats to The Village Cat Clinic in Ancaster for 25 years and have never had cause for concern. Stellar organization and I recommend it without hesitation.

I knew my dog had Knots which I could not get out . I wanted a groomer that cares about my dog and that the style remain more shaggy than shaved bald. I was happy with end result and my dog is happy to walk in. Lots of communication prior to groom and I was called when my dog was finnished . reasonably priced : I compared.

I travel a lot for business, and most is short notice. I have used the dog sitting service at least a dozen times in a twelve month period. Hug a pup is very accommodating with pick up and drop off times. The facility is clean, warm and very low stress for the dogs. My dog is very excited to go and I have no worries when she is at her home away from home. Cathie does a great job.

I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

WE have used Mountanview Animal Hospital for both our dogs. They have been terrific in all respects. The staff are welcoming and great with the pets. The Vets are caring, knowledgeable and excellent. I had the BEST experience with Best Boarding Kennel. The owner and staff were eager to please and very accommodating when I had my major spinal surgery. My puppies arrived back at my home as promised. Very well taken care of and they must have been fed well as they actually put on weight.My dogs were clean odor free and happy when they were delivered to my home by the owners.
