We brought our sick cat to them on a long weekend and they gave him the best care.They explained everything upfront what they would do and the cost. They phoned us with updates and they were amazing when we were calling back for updates.They called us everytime there was a change good or bad. I am always extremely pleased with the service we receive. My Cockapoo is an extremely high anxiety dog who can sometimes be hard to handle. Michelle has great experience with different breeds temperaments and coats, she is great with my dog and he is very comfortable with her. My dog always looks and smells great, he also gets an adorable bandanna when he’s all finished! The end result is all around fantastic! I highly recommend The Groom Miester :)
