I had an issue with a shipment that was sent from the UPS store #31 Cgy.The issue was not due to this team (was the delivery team in Mtl) but I had to go through this store for resolution since it started there. It was wonderful working w Akshay, the Manager. He took the time to tell me what I needed to do & ensured he followed it through with me from beginning to end. He provided great customer service. These folks are top notch! For over a year they have hosted my small business mail & shipping needs. Easy to deal with and professional and they even text you to let you know when packages are delivered. We have also diverted our personal Amazon deliveries to their porchless safety.

I went there yesterday to have a package delivered they lady was fantastic so friendly and was trying to help me as best she could. She was upset about my return and how a massive company won’t even pay to have item return. She was trying to find me the best deal possible. I would go out of my way again just to choose this location
