These guys are brilliant. This little bronze clock had been broken for years. I took it to several places and no one could help me. It's not that fancy, but I got it at the Frank Lloyd Wright Fallingwaters gift shop, and it's very dear and sentimental to me and I love it's mid century modern design. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great. Read more
