I received costumer service from Derek on March 6th, 2022 and Casandra on March 7th, 2022, both of them were excellent. They provided me with a great deal. Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. If i could give him a higher rating than what is available here I would!! He gave us advice and smoothly assisted us in the process, and even suggested further bundle deals to save us money. I doubt we will deal with anyone else!! EXEMPLARY SERVICE!! TEN/TEN !
