As a student I look for deals for food.....This place is a great deal! The food is delicious and the plates are plenty big. I've been here twice since I moved here and both times were delicious. I ordered the omelet wrap with smoked meat,feta, and spinach. They didn't cheat out of any of those toppings! The second time I ordered an all day breakfast special...for 6 bucks I got eggs,bacon,toast, pancakes, beans, hashbrowns and coffee. Definitely can't beat that

My thanks to the staff in the deli department who looked after us in such kindness today. We had a tragic death in our extended family last night and needed to bring food to the family. We called around on a Sunday to find that most needed 48 hours notice to put a sandwich tray together. We called independent and were advised that 24 hours notice would normally be required. We hired Emotions catering for our wedding in August 2013, and we were delighted with them. From our first tasting to the final night of the wedding, every detail was meticulous.
Our guests enjoyed the fresh food, the presentation was picture-worthy (and captured in several wedding photos), and the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food.
We were also thrilled with the exceptional service, from the owner to the wait staff, set-up to clean-up. As I bride with no "wedding planner" or organizer, I especially appreciated that Guylaine took charge of the food service, and her and her team were flexible with our schedule (not everything happens on time as you expect!)
