1. Exfoliating strawberry

  • 4 large strawberries
  • 1 capsule white willow bark
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 5 g (1 tsp) honey
  • 5 drops essential frankincense oil
  • Corn flour
  1. Mix the contents of the capsule with the previously crushed strawberries.
  2. Add the egg yolk, honey and essential oil.
  3. Thicken the preparation with corn flour.
  4. Spread the mask on wet skin and keep it there for 10 minutes.
  5. Rinse.

2. Immortelle nourishing oil 

The immortelle flower has impressive anti-aging properties; associated with oils of carrot seed and rosehip, it helps the skin to regain its youthful succulence.

  • 22 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) jojoba oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) carrot seed oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) rosehip oil
  • 1 capsule vitamin E 500 IU
  • 10 drops immortelle essential oil
  • 5 drops essential oil of rose
  • 5 drops essential frankincense oil
  • 2 drops essential oil of citronella Palmarosa
  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar.
  2. Massage the face and neck.

3. Green tea exfoliant 

Refine your skin texture and find a luminous complexion again with regular exfoliation. Rid of dead cells, the skin is ready for moisturizing.

  • 15 g (1 tbsp) ground azuki beans
  • 5 g (1 tsp) white clay
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) almond flour
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) green tea
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
  • 5 g (1 tsp) honey
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) fresh pineapple puree
  1. Combine the beans, clay, almond flour and tea.
  2. Add the lemon juice, honey and pineapple puree to form a lumpy dough.
  3. Use as a massage on your wet face and rinse.

4. Anti-dark spot/age spot mask

Tyrosine in liquorice sticks is an enzyme that controls the production of melanin. It is associated here with the acid of apples and with vitamin C, which brightens the complexion.

  • 15 g (1 tbsp) dried licorice root
  • 60 ml (1/4 cups) boiling water
  • One 1,000 mg vitamin C tablet
  • 15 g (1 tbsp) apple pulp
  • 5 drops lemon essential oil
  • Rice flour
  1. Immerse thelicorice root in boiling water.
  2. Cover and let infuse for 15 minutes.
  3. Filter.
  4. Reduce the vitamin C tablet into powder
  5. Add the powder, apple pulp and essential oil into the infusion; thicken with rice flour to make a paste.
  6. Spread the mask onto the age spots/brown spots and let it dry.
  7. Rinse.
  8. Repeat daily for two weeks.
  9. The excess pastewill keep covered in the refrigerator.
