I have shopped at the Upper James location for many years and love it so much. This store offers a great range of products. The customer service is excellent and the owners are very accommodating. Would recommend it to everyone!!!!

I went into this store today to have a look as it has been a while since I'd gone into the store last. Now I know WHY!!
The store owner is just crazy! As I'm waiting to pay for the items I picked up, I witnessed her asking an employee to empty her pockets to make sure she didn't have any stolen goods and when satisfied sent her on her way in the most demeaning way possible! I was just appalled. Right in front of me!!
She was talking down to all the employees in the store and was just plain rude. I had my 3 yr old with me and when I went to the front door to show her where my car was, about a meter away from the front counter I was at, she asked my son to "go with your mom now", as if she was afraid he was going to touch something. Then started demeaning ME, when she didn't like how I was putting MY payed for products in MY car!
I give this business a below zero for professionalism. Organization could have been better, and price tags on items would help. I could go on. Buyer beware before purchasing from this shop. There are no actual policies. Just whatever the owner makes up at that time. Her return policy, when I asked- was " well how long do you need?" Lol
