I can't say enough about this North Van Locost, they truly go out of their way to be helpful! Very genuine staff! I travel from out of province every couple of months to vist my aging mother. They are very accomidating to what vehicle would be suitable for us while I visit. They even pick me up from where I'm staying and return me at the end of my renting. These people are in the right business!

I went to rent a car here and I can't stress enough how quick, honest, and outstanding the service was. The people at the front desk were very friendly and efficient, and made it their priority to get me going as soon as possible. I loved the car's state and it seems like they take great care of them. It was spotless and it felt like a brand new car. Not to mention the wide variety of models they have in their lot. I felt like I had a wide range of choice with luxury service. I also forgot my wallet in the car and I thought I had lost it elsewhere, but I received a phone call from them informing me of the misplacement. I was very grateful, and with that I would undoubtedly recommend this business to anyone.
I rented from them after a bunch of friends highly recommended them. The service was great. The staff there really make you feel like a person. I've rented from some other places in North Van, and they treat you like a paycheck.

LoCost in North Vancouver was easy for me to find on Marine Drive, they have fast and friendly service. When I rented a car there I was helped tremendously by the staff.
