I highly recommend Cedargroveroofing as they did an excellent job in replacing the shingles on my roof. Afterwards they cleaned around the house in such a manner one wouldn't know anything had happened. Job well done!!
we had them do our roof almost 5 years ago and EVERY YEAR SINCETHEN we have had shingles fall off. we contacted them the first time it happened and the manager (or owner) came to fix it. when he looked at the roof he said it wasn't done right. He did the patch up and then sent us the bill for $100 for gim patching it up! The roof wasn't even a year old! when I talked to him after he said they had alot of people who had shingles coming off and they had to recoup their costs somehow. when I asked about their 5 year guarantee on their workmen ship. He said this isn't covered under it. I asked him about fixing the roof bc he said that it was not done right, he said someone would get back to me. I have never heard from him again and I attemped to call him multiple times. finally their answering machine said that they would be closed for a while. like I said that was 5 years ago.
I phoned early spring 2014 for roof repairs. Fella who answered said he'd come look at it and would call me later to set up a time. I Never heard from them again. Don't want the job? Fine, just tell me. Too busy? Fine, just tell me. It's not like I'm looking to fix the roof of the SkyDome or anything like that. Luckily there's a hundred other roofers in the area who can handle an easy and straight forward job. In short, they're not very customer oriented so I wouldn't recommend them.
