The backlight on our TV had to be replaced. They diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote in a few hours. I agreed to replace the backlight and within 3 days the Tv was repaired. It’s working great and was cheaper than buying a new TV. Very happy with the great service and support.
Very pleased with the excellent service! Mr. Truong was able to diagnose the problem with my 10 yr old Samsung 46" TV very quickly and explained exactly what the problem was, based on information and video that I provided him. He ordered the necessary parts so that when I brought the TV to him, he completed the repair on the same day. I lack any knowledge of electronics. All I knew is the tv did not turn on. Yet with only a few questions M. Truong over the phone was able to narrow down the problem with my Sony tv. He proceeded to order the part and within a few days was able to come to the house and do the repair. Unfortunately I was not in town and we postpone for a week. When he arrived he was all smiles. He changed the control board in a record time and adjusted the tv. It works beautifully. A truly outstanding service!!!
I discovered a problem with my TV and called In Home TV Repsir on Friday morning . At 12:30 pm Yen and her son Son technical reps of the firm arrived diagnosed the TV as unrepairable . I asked them if they could go to Best Buy or Costco select a new 50 inch Tv for me and payvsnd I would reimburse them . They did so getting a new Sony 50inch Bravia TV for 695.50
All installed and set it up done by 14:45 successfully . The initial call cost $183 plus $200 Labour . Very efficient appreciated
