Please please save yourself the stress and go with another company. I used mid-west moving back in 2020 and had little issue (just the delivery was delayed a few days and hard to get a response to when it was coming) but when I used them Aug/Sept 2022 it was a NIGHTMARE. The pickup on Aug 12th went okay. I had most of the boxes in the garage for easy loading. The problems started after. We originally asked for delivery on September 1st giving double the time to make it across the country the
Do not use this company. Their estimate system is totally unreliable. We were hit with double what we were quoted. Also, they sent two very inexperienced movers to pick up our things who had to be told not to use tape directly on the wood furniture. They now have our money, our things, and no delivery in sight. Move in date was suppose to be Nov. 1st. It is now November 8. Things are still in a container somewhere in ON with no ETA.
I am not going to write a long essay. This company already has many bad reviews. I got fooled by their fake BBB rating and failed to check other reviews on google.
This is their service in a point form:
- They will promise a specific time to load your items and after you wait 3 hours, they tell you, they can not come till the next day.
- After you loose your mind and argue with them, they show up 5 hours after your scheduled appointment

I got my stuff after 47 days and damage on two sofas,damage on dinner table, two leather chairs missing.

Lose goods. Damage 30 percent of them. Over charge for moving and extra fees. They will charge one 150 to move your bedframe while they dont mention or commplain that a move took 20 min because everything was in moving back and requires no lifting. I would strongly not recommend younto use this company. Beware.
