Post Office

Friendly staff, no issues for me.

I called in about getting a P.O. box set up for my new rental for next week. In the call, I clearly said that I was getting access to the unit later in the month. They told me to bring in my lease and I could get it set up. I drive 3 hours to the Blackfalds post office, only to be turned away saying that they couldn’t set it up until my move in day. I wish the person who I talked to on the phone had told me this in the first place so I wouldn’t have wasted my entire day driving back and forth.
