    Extremely poor handling of small cases. Do not handle the case as agreed upon. Do not respond to email or telephone requests. Do not respond to numerous requests for update. It takes four Chinese ladies speaking Chinese to go into the computer and determine whatever action (in this case writing up a sticky for someone to call and then they never do. Promised call backs are not made. Appears to be highly disorganized.
