What a joke
We were referred to this place to have our truck fixed. Not only will we never recommend them to anyone, but neither will the other individual (another mechanic) who did so to begin with. To make a very long story short, our truck was not fixed properly, we had another mechanic go over the so called repairs and came up with a running list of what was not done, we had to chase them down to find out whether or not our truck was even fixed & when we could pick it up. Tried to get it one time and the truck ran so poorly we had to turn around and bring it back. More weeks went by without a word. Meanwhile unbeknownst to us, the garage was passing ownership and the new owners would not only NOT give us a straight answer on anything whenever we called, but they tried to constantly dump the blame back in our laps (you'll see what I mean below). Tried to get our truck once again only to get the major run around, and was told that they lost our truck. More runaround excuses coming from them. We finally called the police to report our truck stolen only to find out that it had been towed because it was parked illegally. Alde Auto then told us that it was OUR fault that the truck was towed, and that none of this was their problem, including having their workers go over our truck again to make the darn thing run properly. SO not only were we stuck with a half-fixed truck, constant excuses and garbage talk from the workers there, but then we were stuck with the impound bill and parking ticket on top of it all. Seriously??!! What an absolute joke for service all the way around. I tried not to even give this place a rating but YPages wouldn't allow it. They were lucky to even get one star from us. PATHETIC!
