ClearView worst experience ever and got no resolution. There needs to be a NEGATIVE scale for our family to rate. Short story 13 days STILL NO hot water with $2000 paid. I've been offered a $300 refund, and they were going to quote me some more work; but I've chosen to call another company.
The next company took 30min gave me a completely different issue that was never discussed with ClearView or shown on the IPad. They have the parts in the truck, and are making repairs.
I heard Clearview's ads everyday while driving to and from work. Great service and the Technician was awesome. Except when he went over the projected cost, it was $125.00 service call which I was already aware of. Then told it would be $322.00 to do a little ABS work under the sink. As we needed the kitchen sink I had to get it done. It took him 5 minutes and one small 90 degree piece! Come on! Not impressed. I should have booked off work and bought the part for $4.99 and done it.

550$ to have a 45$ part and 15 minutes of time. it was an emergency and they did show up quickly and did good work. the pricing for this company is insane specially when they know you have no choice in emergency situations
I find Clearview to be grossly over priced. To replace an elbow, glue an existing pipe to another existing pipe, create a new cut because he couldn't get to the elbow was priced at $576. Then he claimed to have been on the job for an hour and a half when he was actually busy for 20 min. Dave phoned me back to say that they charge per job not according to the time spend. He didn't have the basic plumbing supplies in his truck and had to go shopping.
I was out of town, called in for emergency service so they could stop a leaky sink pipe.
They arrived a day late after they said, still charged me for emergency service. $1100 to install a shut off valve (cut sink pipe, and attach valve ($12 from Home Depot). I paid $1000 an hour for labor, and received terrible service.
Please go anywhere else, worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company.
Everyone was great, the customer service, the dispatcher, as well as the technician. Work was completed efficiently and we were really pleased with the work that was done on our air conditioner!!
Brian G was very friendly, did his job quick and efficiently and left no mess behind after he was complete. Walked me through all the work he had done as well as did a little trouble shooting on all my plumbing to let me know what may or may not become an issue in the future. I would definitely use this company again.
We purchased our furnace 4 years ago and it has given us much better heating than we had before. When we noticed some dripping a few weeks ago, our call was promptly taken and a technician sent to repair it. He arrived at a good time and was very efficient in fixing the problem and tuning our furnace. The part was replaced on warranty. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We would recommend them to our friends.
For 15 mins looking at the flooding area and talking about the best areas in the city where homes were built with the best quality with minimum water leaking concerns he charged us $212.
My basement floor drain was backed up recently. I called Clearview for their service. Plumbing technician, Farrokh, came to clean my house swage. His work is very good. I am satisfied with his service. I will recommend Clearview to my friends.

DO NOT USE CLEARVIEW!! They are very expensive, their technician missed a scheduled appointment, the plumber did a poor job and had to come back a second time and customer service girl(s) lacked in following up.
