    I needed to replace a non-working gas fireplace in my basement. I called 7 stores and visited 3 showrooms. In the end, I selected Hearth and Home. They were awesome! They explained things clearly and patiently (I knew nothing about fireplaces) and answered all my questions (even the silly ones). They made sensible recommendations. They had really creative ideas for the installation. They always showed up on time. They offered a great price. The installation was smooth and fast. 5-star.

    Improperly installed bedroom fireplace by hearth and Home resulted in charred wall above fireplace. We must now have the fireplace removed and reinstalled with proper wallboard and proper clearances.

    To be clear, we were contracted by Home Boss to supply the parts and do a ROUGH install of the fireplace. We were not contracted to do any electrical, gas fitting, framing or wallboard. Simply put, our company did not do the work that resulted in the charred wall. We are disheartened to hear this feedback. Still, we'd like the chance to meet and discuss what we can do to help.
