    Worst service I have ever had. I had a 5 o'clock Tuesday appointment for a tire rotation, which was confirmed by Kal Tire via text the day before. When we showed up a few minutes before 5, we were told that the wait was several hours, that the appointment time didn't matter, they were running behind, this information was given to us in a very rude manner, the "gentleman" obviously didn't care. Speaking to customer service, we finally got the time narrowed down to between 7 and 7.30. Probably.

    Worst place I hav...

    Worst place I have ever dealt with. After I went there to get my belt replaced I had to get my car towed, 20 min after picking it up. They didn't fix my car properly. I haven't seen my car since Friday, I will be taking my car into a mechanic to get it looked at again, after.
