I have had a few dealings with Roma Edmonton tr. the manager is excellent and they treat people fair. I would recommend anyone to use this store they will be pleased with the service.
Rona was horrible and I hated it. The person who installed a fan for us make a huge mess. After they left, I had to clean up everything afterwards. After installing the fan in the bathroom, I put a piece of paper under the fan and it should have stayed because the fan should be able to suck the paper keeping it there. Our experience at Rona's was very very dissatisfying to say the least. Our bathroom mirrors would fog up when we took a shower so Rona sent someone to come to our house and gave us an estimate to install the fan. This individual had said that if we installed a $800 fan, our problems will be fixed and everything was covered under that plan. Although, that was not the case. Paint selection is limited and the blonde older lady in the paint section basically completely ignored us then when we spoke to her she was ridiculously rude so we left without buying anything.
