Ram Cleaning Services Ltd

We recently moved into an apartment whose original owner was a heavy smoker. Faux wood blinds especially in the master bedroom were badly stained from cigarette smoke. Even the cords were brown from it. Ram Cleaners arrived, removed all our blinds, gagging when they took down the worst one. Two days later they returned with pristine blinds, all with snow white cords. Windows were washed and blinds rehung efficiently. Our two workers were very cooperative. We were also impressed with the price!

there is damage caused by that man who come to my house last year for the furnace cleaning. Prior to the appointment, I call the co. to remind the cleaning person that my filter is a en eletrostatic filter, it has to be disconnected before cleaning, otherwise, it will cause damage to the filter. After he left, there is sparks on the filter, something that never happens before. I notice it as I was doing my laundry. Send another guy to come by, clean that filter, he said the sparks is due

November 22 2018 Beware of these people .If I could give. No stars I would. This company are not suitable to be called a cleaning service. I had them step in to clean my carpets really to refresh them for Christmas.. However when the carpet dried the next day it was very noticeable that they where dirty. Even worse than before. They are dishonest. And Thier 100% satisfaction guarantee is false advertising.I have called thier office several times over the last 10 days to no avail. See pics.

Dropped off 2 sets of 2” faux wood blinds. Picked them up and they were still visibly dirty. I had to go over each slat with a cloth. Worse than that they came back with the slats taken out of the ladder cages. I called to complain the lady couldn’t help so I asked to speak with the manager. She wasn’t there and didn’t even bother returning my call. I called and spoke with her a week later and explained my concerns. She refused to admit that the blinds were not put back together properly so I em

We were going to have to toss our huge sectional in our games room as our pets chose that piece to get ill on, and the odor and stains were unbearable and frankly, we never used the room anymore because of it. Ram came over to clean and sanitize and TA-DA!!! We have our space back!! So happy!

I recently finished some renovations and needed my wool area rug and my honeycomb window covers cleaned. My friend recommended Ram The girl I spoke to was really informative, and even offered me a Saturday pick up. My blinds are older and I had a few strings broken, before cleaning one of the ladys at Ram called me and asked if I wanted them fixed. My window coverings and carpet came so clean, the repairs and cleaning were done in only a week.

BE WARNED NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY

The lady I originally booked the appointment with did not give me any instructions when it came to an area rug cleaning. When they came they said they could not do it because it was on hardwood floor. They said they could do the bedroom carpet but at double the price now. I called the office and spoke with Holly who after explaining my situation assured me that someone was coming within the hour to clean my carpet at the original quote.They never showed up!!

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I hired RAM to clean my home on a monthly basis. I signed a contract with them and specified what needed to be cleaned. Following one of the appointments, it was obvious that they failed/neglected to clean sections of my house. Specifically, it was obvious that they hadn't even bothered to vaccum the floors. I immediately took pictures and emailed them to their customer service rep. When I hadn't heard back after a week, I followed up with a phone call. The lady I spoke with didn't once apologize. She made excuses as to why the maids didn't do a proper job of cleaning. She advised that the best she could do was take off a small amount from my bill. I would NEVER use RAM again. Definite waste of money.
