Suburbanites don’t have to visit the city core to experience exceptional dining. Redwater Rustic Grille brings finer dining to them. “We call it downtown dining in the suburbs,” says Lance Hurtubise, CEO of Vintage Group, which operates some of the city's top restaurants.
Branded as "premier casual," Hurtubise describes Redwater as occupying the delicious niche between chain restaurants and high-end dining spots.
The idea evolved from Lance’s own lifestyle. “I wanted a place to take my kids that wasn’t high-end but was decent, and now Redwater is a great weekday dinner place for us,” he says.
Clearly, many others agree, because Redwater is in its second decade of operation and now has three locations in the city, as well as one on Prince Edward Island.
