    Staff there are great. Jayson is super helpful and has given really good advice for product recommendations in terms of the goals I had.

    I will give stars...

    I will give stars for having a huge selection of products. In fact they are stacked to the ceiling. They get absolutely no stars for customer service. I tried to exchange a product that needed to be returned to the manufacturer(protein bars that were hard as a rock and impossible to eat) The fellow working there just didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Popeyes told me they would exchange the product if I bought them there. I will never go to Samson's ever again. very disappointed.

    I am very sorry someone was dissatisfied with a product, such as a box of bars. We would never turn a customer away and not credit or exchange there bars if they were not happy with them for any reason. That is not our policy. As we will gladly credit or return any product.

    Jason provides terrible customer service!

    My experience at Samson’s was less than impressive, and I have never encountered such bad customer service or behavior from a manager (JASON). He was rude and demeaning and was not willing to help. When I asked about different products he seemed irritated by the questions and said “they all taste the same.” His discourteous, unprofessional behavior, and almost offensive attitude is why I will never go there again, or recommend Samsons to anyone!

    This message was posted by a disgruntle employee, after he was let go. I don't know how someone after being in Samsons only one time was treated so disrespectful, yet they seemed to know Jason by name, and knew he was even the manager. Jason is actually one of the most knowledgeable, friendly people you will meet. I have never witnessed him speak like this to absolutely anyone, under any circumstance. Products don't all taste the same, and they definitely are not all the same so we would never say that. Its terrible that people can hide behind there computer today, and post disrespectful remarks, without being being held accountable. I don't think I have ever had anyone say anything negative about Jason that was actually helped by him.
