    Not much good to me if I cannot ask a question. I do not know how to set up my account on-line so I am no longer receiving any statements nor am I receiving even a notice about when statemenmt is available (like many other businesses do) Do I need to move my account to another bank?

    Terrible Customer Service

    Horrible Customer Service, they do not call you back after leaving important messages. Six days alter and I am still awaiting the call back. Their slogan, "we're working for you" not a chance......!!!
